Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

  • Oversee projects and subprojects with defined objectives, timelines, and resource allocation, navigating moderate complexity and risk
  • Initiate, plan, and deliver projects for design flow and infrastructure development, encompassing team setup, resource planning, timeline management, risk assessment, work package definition, budget planning, and control of internal R&D resources, as well as documentation
  • Ensure alignment of project deliverables with our strategic roadmaps
  • Facilitate collaboration on cross-functional topics, fostering alignment and seamless communication across globally dispersed teams
  • Uphold compliance with quality management standards (ISO 9001), functional safety norms (ISO 26262), and internal processes and regulations
  • Foster open communication by actively seeking and providing constructive feedback
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships and a professional network with diverse stakeholders and internal customers worldwide, effectively managing their interests and expectations


Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor industry or a similar field, with at least 2 years of project management experience in an international setting
  • Technical degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science, supplemented by an MBA (or equivalent)
  • Proven track record of applying project management methodologies and techniques
  • Strong affinity for technical details in areas such as circuit design, chip development, data management, Linux operating systems, metrics/KPI development, and agile software development
  • Self-motivated and willing to take ownership and responsibility within the organization
  • Unique blend of technical leadership, semiconductor industry expertise, business acumen, and strong communication/intercultural skills to navigate technical and business challenges and deliver results
  • Fluent English language skills (both written and verbal); proficiency in German is a plus
