About this role

You will contribute your technical expertise to find new ways together with your colleagues, tackle complex challenges, and take our technology performance to the next level. As part of our Corporate Functions team, you will develop strategies, refine processes, and implement initiatives that sustainably drive our company’s success.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

  • Develop and optimize complex integration concepts and process modules for Power MOSFET technologies – from initial idea and simulation to final process qualification
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate experiments to ensure target technology performance
  • Support process development from concept phase through to qualification
  • Drive continuous improvements to stabilize processes and increase yield
  • Ensure appropriate risk management during process changes to maintain our high quality standards
  • Promote knowledge sharing within cross-site and international teams, including the facilitation of technical discussions




Your Profile

With your strong analytical mindset, you quickly identify the root causes of complex technical challenges and develop convincing solutions. You combine deep technical expertise with curiosity, creativity, and the ability to share knowledge effectively. Collaboration within a team is as important to you as striving for technical excellence.
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
  • University degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, or Materials Science
  • Ideally, professional experience in process integration or semiconductor manufacturing
  • Solid knowledge of semiconductor technologies, process analytics, and the assessment of technological interrelations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with the motivation to explore complex topics and develop innovative solutions
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German
