About this role
Your Role
As a Problem-Solving Expert you will be responsible for manage problems related with quality, cost and time, arising in series production.
Key responsibilities in your new role:
- Develop and make follow-up of error prevention measures
- Monitor and report production line quality/process indicators
- Escalation of material problems impacting production
- Conduct process audits
- Lead problem-solving team in cases of external/internal customer complaints;
- Manage problem-solving processes.
Your Profile
You are a motivated team player with a self-driven personality. You have an outstanding problem-solving attitude and you are personally committed to the customer’s concerns, awarding them a high priority while being able to quickly establish a successful cooperation. You have the passion and the courage to develop new and creative ideas while promoting awareness for quality.
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed:
- University Degree in a technical field
- Experience in the use of quality tools (8D, Ishikawa, 5W Analysis, FMEA, SPC, etc.)
- 6 sigma certification as an advantage
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Fluency in Hungarian language and good command of English
