Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

  • Soldering: Manually solder electronic components onto circuit boards, including THT and SMD components.
  • Inspection and quality control: Inspect solder joints for quality and reliability, and test assemblies to ensure they function correctly.
  • Rework and repair: Repair or rework defective components or boards as needed.
  • Documentation: Accurately document processes and product data.
  • Equipment maintenance: Maintain and calibrate soldering equipment and other lab tools, such as oscilloscopes and multimeters.
  • Lab support: Maintain a clean and organized lab environment and assist engineers with test setup and validation processes.
  • Inventory management: Track incoming and outgoing materials and equipment. 


Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Technical training or certification in electronics is preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years of Experience in a manufacturing environment or lab setting, with proficiency in soldering techniques.
  • Skills:
    • Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
    • Ability to interpret electronic schematics, technical drawings, and Bills of Materials (BOM).
    • Proficiency with soldering tools and electronic assembly procedures.
    • Knowledge of basic electronic tools and lab equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, multimeters).
