Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role:
- Learn Shopfloor Production Management & OJTI in recognizing production process flow across all process stages.
- Track real-time production progress by studying machine status, KSR WIP report, WIP planning, Cycle Time and Flow Factor
- Learn on process defects and conduct root cause analysis for process knowledge improvement.
- Learn automation process flow.
- Ensure operators adhere strictly to OJTI procedures & standardize best practices across lines and shifts.
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed:
- Background in Engineering or similar
- Active participation in strategic planning process, including developing goals, objectives and processes
- How to engage employees and improve line morale & awareness
- Gain experience in analysing data and learn database management in order to have better analytical knowledge
