About this role

This position reports to the Production Manager and interfaces with support team like Equipment Engineering, Process, Operational Planning & Controlling, Quality Management, etc. The role focuses on line planning, WIP control, cycle time management, quality, and continous improvement initiatives to achieve high productivity, quality, & cost efficiency.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role:

  • Learn Shopfloor Production Management & OJTI in recognizing production process flow across all process stages.
  • Track real-time production progress by studying machine status, KSR WIP report, WIP planning, Cycle Time and Flow Factor
  • Learn on process defects and conduct root cause analysis for process knowledge improvement.
  • Learn automation process flow.
  • Ensure operators adhere strictly to OJTI procedures & standardize best practices across lines and shifts.


Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed:

  • Background in Engineering or similar
  • Active participation in strategic planning process, including developing goals, objectives and processes
  • How to engage employees and improve line morale & awareness
  • Gain experience in analysing data and learn database management in order to have better analytical knowledge
