Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role:
- コンシューマー/インダストリアルマーケットにおけるマイクロコントローラーをサポート
- 組み込みハードウェア、ファームウェア、およびソフトウェアに関する顧客の技術的問題をデバッグ
- インフィニオン製品を使用して顧客のアプリケーションを実現するための組み込みハードウェア、ファームウェアの設計および開発サービスの提供
- アナログ、デジタル、マイクロコントローラー回路を分析およびデバッグするする為に C言語またはアセンブラ、あるいはその両方でソフトウェアを作成およびデバッグを行う
- マーケティング、ハードウェア設計チーム、チップ設計チーム、ソフトウェアおよびコンテンツ開発チームと部門を超えて連携して働く
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed:
- 電話会議ができるレベルの英語力
- マイコン（ハードウェア）のサポート経験5年以上
- C言語でプログラム経験（変更、Debugができるレベル）
- 技術における顧客対応経験者 (メールやネット上のCommunityでのやり取りで可)
- マイコンによるモータ制御、電力（電源）正業の経験があれば尚可
- 大学、高専卒以上

What you'll do
- Support microcontrollers in consumer and industrial markets and debug technical issues related to embedded hardware, firmware, and software. Provide design and development services for embedded hardware and firmware using Infineon products.
