Job Description
- Update our internal databases with candidates information
- Screen resumes and application forms
- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
- Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
- Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like training reports, job roles, KPI's/KRA's, Meetings, Updates)
- Increasing Social Connections in HR Field and creating a database for External Staffing.
- Monitor various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Provide suggestions to management for improving the Company stats
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in related Field
- Participate in organizing company events and careers days
- Experience with MS/WPS Office along with Photoshop/ Canva
- Design Visual pics, Posters & Logos and edit videos and photos to post it in social media
- Manages the company’s social media accounts and posts content.
- Event creation and handling / assistance
- Skilled in Online engagement, Verbal communication, trend stalk, Client focus

- Internship Period : 3 Months
- Location : Hyderabad (On-site)
