Overview
Our team has highly skilled ITs and strategic business managers with an extensive experience. We operate within an agile framework, and to excel in this environment, one should ideally possess a strong tech-savvy mindset, an insatiable curiosity, and impeccable attention to detail.
Our systems relies on SQL Server Integration Services, with numerous background jobs functioning as agents. These agents play a crucial role in core tasks such as importing trade data, managing securities and customer information, calculating taxes, and generating reports for financial institutions.
Who Are We Seeking
We are looking for a senior .NET developer with expertise in analyzing legacy implementations and implementing new systems following industry best practices. In addition to technical skills, soft skills like proactivity, outstanding communication abilities and effective teamwork, are essential prerequisites. Candidates will engage with diverse locations and cultures, making cultural adaptability a valuable asset.
Day to Day Responsibilities
As members of our IT department, Developers play a pivotal role in ensuring uninterrupted service delivery and elevating the overall quality of our IT operations. Within the context of various projects and application maintenance, they are entrusted with the following responsibilities
- Software solution analysis, design and implementation compliant with IT Department’s guidelines
- Use of development best practices
- Apply unit testing and follow the recommendations for high quality code
- A team oriented profile working on a SCRUM environment
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Ability to work in fast paced global environment
- 10+ years of relevant professional experience
- Team player capable of high performance, flexibility and adaptability
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them to technical solutions
- Creative and logical thinking to analyze a change request or problem or issue and define potential solutions or improvements, ways to do it, and being able to transpose logical thinking into a schematic diagram and documents for both presentation, discussion, documentation
- Good written and spoken English
- Proficient with C# .NET related technologies
- Experience with relational databases (Preferably SQL Server)
- Experience with web frameworks (Preferably Angular)
- Design Pattern; Dependency Injection; Test Driven Development GIT/SVN
- Solid understanding of the full development lifecycle
