Responsabilidades Principales
● Diseño y fabricación de componentes que ayuden en la optimización de los procesos
productivos.
● Seguimiento a implementación y control de Pequeñas Mejoras.
● Desarrollo de Proyectos de Mejora Continua.
● Estudio de Tiempos y Movimientos.
● Cálculos de Capacidad de Fabricación (Lead Time, Cycle Time, Takt Time).
● Documentación de Estándares de Trabajo, Ayudas Visuales, Instructivos de Trabajo, etc.
● Balanceo de líneas de producción
● Elaboración de Mapas de procesos, Value Stream Map

- Metodología 5 S’s, Six Sigma, Kaizen.

What you'll do
