Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and scale the classified business model platform via new features, finding points of growth, and prioritizing solutions
- Identify pain points in the product flow and propose solutions or process improvements
- Encourage data-driven decisions across Intercity and promote best practices in analytics and experimentation
- Collaborate with product, marketing, finance, and engineering teams to align analytics with business goals
- Generate and validate hypotheses to identify growth opportunities and explain findings to business and product stakeholders
- Investigate significant deviations in key metrics and identify growth points and business development directions
- Present analytical findings to key stakeholders, clearly explaining insights, impact, and recommendations
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 3 years of experience in data analytics or data science
- Analytical mindset: structured and critical thinking, with the ability to find a balance between resources spent and business impact
- Strong mathematical background with an emphasis on mathematical statistics, optimization theory, time series, and causal inference
- Proficiency in Python and data analysis libraries
- Proficiency in SQL: ability to work with large amounts of data, write and optimize complex queries, and create analytical data marts
- Experience in creating BI reports (Plotly, Redash, Tableau)
- Professional working proficiency in English
