Description
Key Responsibilities
- Drive product analytics initiatives focused on services automation and scenario optimization across user-facing processes
- Analyze user behavior and interactions, and operational flows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation
- Define and monitor key product and operational metrics to measure the impact of automated solutions
- Design analytical frameworks to evaluate support scenarios, decision trees, and user journeys
- Investigate anomalies in support and product metrics, formulate hypotheses, and provide actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with product, support, engineering, and data teams to translate insights into scalable product improvements
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and self-serve analytical tools for stakeholders
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar analytical role
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and prioritize impact-driven solutions
- Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
- Hands-on experience with Python for data analysis (e.g., pandas, NumPy)
- Experience with BI and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Redash, Plotly, Looker)
- Understanding of product funnels, user journeys, and operational workflows
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
