Description
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analyses of market trends, competitor activities, and internal performance metrics
- Generate comprehensive presentations and reports that provide actionable insights to guide company decision-making
- Develop and present strategic recommendations to address current and future challenges
- Evaluate the potential impact of proposed initiatives and provide a range of viable options
- Own workstreams, providing C-level stakeholders with necessary materials, proposing initiatives and outlining next steps
- Execute high-quality analyses, providing insights to the Head of the Department and C-level stakeholders
- Translate analytical outputs into clear presentations and practical recommendations
- Coach and support junior colleagues
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of key projects aligned with the Company’s strategic goals
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- 2–5 years of consulting experience in Big 4 or other consulting firms
- 2–3 years of experience in multinational companies (e-commerce, fintech, logistics preferred)
- Proven ability to work on operational efficiency improvement and strategy initiatives
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and hands-on experience with BI tools or equivalent solutions
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data visualization skills
- Excellent time management and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Strong business and financial acumen
