Description

Senior Consultant responsible for delivering in-depth market, competitive, and performance analyses and translating them into actionable insights for senior leadership and C-level stakeholders. Leads workstreams end-to-end, develops strategic recommendations, and evaluates the impact of key initiatives to support informed decision-making. Oversees the execution of strategic projects while coaching junior team members and ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough analyses of market trends, competitor activities, and internal performance metrics
  • Generate comprehensive presentations and reports that provide actionable insights to guide company decision-making
  • Develop and present strategic recommendations to address current and future challenges
  • Evaluate the potential impact of proposed initiatives and provide a range of viable options
  • Own workstreams, providing C-level stakeholders with necessary materials, proposing initiatives and outlining next steps
  • Execute high-quality analyses, providing insights to the Head of the Department and C-level stakeholders
  • Translate analytical outputs into clear presentations and practical recommendations
  • Coach and support junior colleagues
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of key projects aligned with the Company’s strategic goals



Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • 2–5 years of consulting experience in Big 4 or other consulting firms
  • 2–3 years of experience in multinational companies (e-commerce, fintech, logistics preferred)
  • Proven ability to work on operational efficiency improvement and strategy initiatives
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office and hands-on experience with BI tools or equivalent solutions
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data visualization skills
  • Excellent time management and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Strong business and financial acumen
