Description
We’re looking for a proactive Legal Counsel to support our operations across up to three countries in the region. This role involves providing legal advice on a wide range of matters - from commercial contracts and civil law to marketing, fintech, and digital regulation - ensuring compliance and helping build efficient, business-oriented solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal support for operations in up to three countries.
- Advise on civil, commercial, consumer, marketing/advertising, and digital law matters.
- Review contracts and policies, and assist in claims resolution.
- Monitor upcoming regulations and prepare legal analysis.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and internal standards.
- Support marketing and media campaigns with legal review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on regional and global projects.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- 2+ years of experience as an in-house counsel or in a law firm supporting IT or tech companies.
- Experience in civil, commercial, consumer, and media/advertising law.
- Familiarity with fintech and digital platforms regulation is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English (C1–C2 or equivalent); local language proficiency required.
- Experience in international environments is a plus.
