Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Dispute Resolution Lawyer to join our dynamic legal team at a leading ride-hailing company. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling and managing disputes across various jurisdictions, with a separate focus on other special projects - competition law, consumer law and deals. We are looking for a superhero ready for new challenges!



Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a wide range of disputes, including contractual issues, consumer complaints, regulatory challenges, and litigation across multiple jurisdictions

  • Advise on competition law matters, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations

  • Develop and implement effective legal strategies to minimize risk and achieve favorable outcomes

  • Coordinate and manage external counsel and internal stakeholders across different countries to ensure consistent, high-quality dispute management

  • Provide legal support for special projects as needed

  • Monitor relevant legislation and regulatory developments, advising the business on compliance requirements

  • Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, and settlement agreements

  • Maintain accurate records and deliver regular updates to senior management

  • Identify potential legal risks and provide proactive guidance to mitigate them




Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in dispute resolution, preferably with exposure to competition law and cross-border legal issues

  • Experience in the ride-hailing, tech, or digital platform industry is a plus

  • Proficiency in English (additional languages are an advantage)

  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple cases and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

  • Willingness to travel occasionally to handle matters in various jurisdictions
