Description
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage credit approval strategies in the origination process
- Increase loan approval levels maintaining acceptable risk metrics
- Ensure KYC, AML, PEP and antifraud checks compliance
- Collaborate with data providers
- Optimize underwriting costs
- Collaborate with product, finance, legal, DWH, analytics and tech teams
- Create requirements for reporting
- Key metrics: сonversion from loan application to final approval, underwriting cost per loan issued, NPL
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Experience in risk analytics or portfolio management for at least 3 years
- Experience in lending for individuals or SMEs
- Experience in working with KYC providers
- Good knowledge of banking processes
- Knowledge of SQL
- Experience in LATAM lending operations will be an advantage
- Knowledge of Python/JavaScript will be an advantage
- Experience in usage of alternative data for scoring will be an advantage
