Role: Technical Sales Engineer (Full-Time)

Location: Remote, but must currently live in one of the following areas:

  • Atlanta area

  • Charlotte area

  • Boston area

Work Authorization: US Citizens or Green Card holders only

Engagement: W-2 (Full-time)

Compensation: Base salary + benefits + commissions

Overview

This is a full-time remote position for a Technical Sales Engineer. The individual will provide consultative sales support to clients, focusing on solutions for twin screw lines, including upgrades and new installations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct technical consultations and understand customer requirements

  • Develop tailored solutions and create proposals

  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless customer support

  • Provide recommendations related to field services and parts as needed



Requirements

Qualifications
  • Strong technical knowledge in twin-screw extrusion technology, metallurgy & processes
  • Experience in technical sales, consultative sales approaches, and relationship management with clients.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Project management and proposal development experience to align technical solutions with client needs.
  • A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field is required; prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote setting and travel, as necessary, for client interactions and on-site project support
