Engagement: W-2 (Full-time)
Compensation: Base salary + benefits + commissions
Overview
This is a full-time remote position for a Technical Sales Engineer. The individual will provide consultative sales support to clients, focusing on solutions for twin screw lines, including upgrades and new installations.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct technical consultations and understand customer requirements
Develop tailored solutions and create proposals
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless customer support
Provide recommendations related to field services and parts as needed
Requirements
Qualifications- Strong technical knowledge in twin-screw extrusion technology, metallurgy & processes
- Experience in technical sales, consultative sales approaches, and relationship management with clients.
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
- Project management and proposal development experience to align technical solutions with client needs.
- A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field is required; prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote setting and travel, as necessary, for client interactions and on-site project support
