Description
We are currently looking for an experienced Information Security Analyst to join our Information Technology Team. The right candidate will have the opportunity to work fully remote, a hybrid schedule or in the office.
The Information Security Analyst is responsible for protecting information technology based assets by establishing and maintaining policies and procedures that minimize the exposure of the organization to cyber threats from internal and external sources. From a technical perspective, the Information Security Analyst will perform network monitoring and threat/vulnerability remediation activities as needed.

Requirements
Qualifications and Responsibilities for the Information Security Analyst:
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer related field
- Conducting risk assessments and performing any remediation activities required
- Ensuring that information security policies and incident response plans are properly maintained
- Technical responsibilities involving network monitoring, firewall administration, incident response plan activation, along with managing the remediation of high priority vulnerabilities that are identified through testing or other means
- Keeping abreast of new technical and business trends and changes by reading publications and attending workshops and other systems and applications related training
