<p data-start="281" data-end="489">InCharge Energy is seeking a highly organized <strong>Electrical Estimator</strong> to develop accurate estimates for EV charging and electrification rollouts. The position reports directly to the Senior Electrical Estimator.</p>
<p data-start="491" data-end="509"><strong data-start="491" data-end="509">What You’ll Do</strong></p>
<ul>
<li data-start="511" data-end="1557">Work with Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and Project Managers to develop cost estimates for EV infrastructure projects</li>
<li data-start="511" data-end="1557">Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to review project scope, requirements, and technical specifications</li>
<li data-start="511" data-end="1557">Conduct site assessments and evaluations to gather information required for accurate cost estimation</li>
<li data-start="511" data-end="1557">Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, material lists, and labor requirements for each project</li>
<li data-start="511" data-end="1557">Use industry-standard estimating software and tools to produce accurate and competitive project estimates</li>
<li data-start="511" data-end="1557">Research and analyze market rates, vendor quotes, and historical cost data to ensure cost-effective pricing</li>
<li data-start="511" data-end="1557">Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive bids and pricing</li>
<li data-start="511" data-end="1557">Identify potential risks, challenges, and opportunities within each project and communicate findings to the team</li>
<li data-start="511" data-end="1557">Maintain and update cost databases to support efficient and accurate estimating</li>
<li data-start="511" data-end="1557">Participate in project review meetings to provide cost insights and recommendations</li>
</ul>
<p data-start="1559" data-end="1595"><strong data-start="1559" data-end="1595">Your Experience and Capabilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li data-start="1597" data-end="2356">7-10+ years of experience in construction estimating, preferably with an electrical contractor with prior electrical project management experience preferred</li>
<li data-start="1597" data-end="2356">Experience with Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and EV charging infrastructure, including integration with solar projects, highly desired</li>
<li data-start="1597" data-end="2356">Hands-on field project management experience strongly preferred</li>
<li data-start="1597" data-end="2356">Proficiency with cost estimating software and tools with ConEst preferred</li>
<li data-start="1597" data-end="2356"> Ability to adapt to the evolving needs of a fast-growing startup environment</li>
<li data-start="1597" data-end="2356">Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite</li>
<li data-start="1597" data-end="2356">Experience with Salesforce, Procore, or similar platforms a plus</li>
<li data-start="1597" data-end="2356">Journeyman Electrician required with Master Electrician highly preferred</li>
