Your work at Impruvon will directly influence how state and federal governments modernize care for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health needs, and aging populations.
About the Role

You’ll also support market surveillance and capture research, helping identify and analyze upcoming opportunities, procurement trends, and strategic targets. Research will inform proposal positioning, timing, and pursuit decisions.
We’re looking for someone experienced in proposal monitoring, drafting, and coordination, who is comfortable using tools like generative AI and automation to increase efficiency and accuracy. You’ll manage the solicitation calendar, oversee proposal timelines, and help establish repeatable workflows that support several high-quality submissions each month.
