Salary Range: 120,000 to 150,000 per year

 

Responsibilities:   

  • Participate in the development of the annual operating plan for the full P&L in direct alignment with the Company's goals. 
  • Assist in the development and preparation of the annual budget, KPI Goals, evaluate weekly performance, and recommend adjustments. 
  • Execute established safety and security programs.  
  • Maintain compliance with all Federal, State and local guidelines, host local, state and federal inspections. 
  • Confer with Branch Managers and Regional VP and respond to customer or vendor questions or complaints to resolve issues regarding distribution services. 
  • Work with the sales team to align product and service offerings with customer expectations. 
  • Mentor, guide and develop team members, conduct performance management activities, including performance appraisals and design of training and career development plans.  
  • Ensure that progressive coaching and counseling concepts are conducted according to established policies and procedures.    

Qualifications:  

  • 8 to 10+ years of progressive experience in operations or warehouse management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing large teams or multiple sites.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or equivalent experience  
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment 
  • Expertise in WMS and ERP systems, proficiency in data analysis, and strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, business intelligence tools) are essential. 
  • Experience with Process Improvements or Six Sigma Certification is a big plus
