WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Manage and assist the Warehouse operations through product ordering, picking and loading of product for route trucks.
Develop and grow leaders within our warehouse team to allow for further opportunities within our company.
Recruit, train, motivate and monitor new hire progress and accuracy.
Utilize software tools in order to maximize efficiency and accuracy while continuously providing feedback to associates for perpetual growth.
Great team builder, communicator, ability to manage multiple tasks, and ensure the accuracy of product counts within the warehouse.
Inventory process ownership.
Order and rotate all product to make sure products do not go out of date.
Ensure all deliveries are received properly for seamless downstream efficiency.
Responsible for all product placement within the time constraints to comply with all cold food storage guidelines.
Manage to ensure clean facilities: Empty all trash, sweep, and straighten parking lot, warehouse, and dock
Physical requirements: Lifting, overhead reaching, stooping, bending, stairs, standing, walking
Regular on time attendance
WHAT WE LOOK FOR:
Prior warehouse experience, shipping, receiving, inventory
Work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse, lifting, driving
Adaptable, Cooperative, Responsible, Diligent, Attention to Detail, Innovative, Integrity
Works closely with multiple levels: vendors, route drivers, managers and warehouse team
Prior Management experience preferred, warehouse or retail food service experience required
