On-Site Supervisor 
3rd Shift will train on 1st Shift up to 30 days
3rd Shift - Sunday - Thursday 7:30pm - 6am
1st Shift - Monday - Friday 6am-4:30pm

Position Overview:
We are currently looking for a 3rd shift On-Site Supervisor to join our Operations team in Muncie, IN. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented 3rd Shift On-Site Staffing Coordinator. This role oversees overnight operations, employee and client engagement, employee retention, and compliance with safety and HR protocols. The ideal candidate will manage headcount, support the Vendor Management System (VMS), and promote positive employee relations to effectively meet client needs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with support of requisitions, order distribution, employees, and invoice adjustments flowing through the VMS software  
  • Assist in the qualification and placement of candidates to open requisitions 
  • Management of Active Headcount
  • Perform and assist in employee terminations while helping to mitigate risk 
  • Point of contact on 3rd Shift for Operations Manager, Supervisors, Human Resources, and Core2 employees
  • Collaborate with client managers to develop strategies for recruitment and employee retention
  • Provide coaching, counseling, and mentoring to employees
  • Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee progress, provide constructive feedback, and identify areas of opportunity 
  • Attendance tracking - UKG experience preferred not required
  • Manage client employee relations investigations, providing support, documentation, and guidance 
  • Responsible for all paperwork involving safety incidents
  • Other duties as needed or assigned 
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience 
  • 1-3 years’ experience to include manufacturing, staffing, and client relationships
  • Experience in, or working knowledge of, vendor management software (VMS) preferred  
  • Working knowledge of HRIS/ATS systems  
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Ability to work 3rd shift
