We are currently looking for a Business Analyst to support the organization by creating and maintaining weekly, monthly, and annual metrics to be reviewed by clients. This role will ensure data integrity across systems by partnering closely with IT, operations, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand currently used systems, tools, and data sources that support business metrics and reporting
  • Develop, maintain, and deliver weekly, monthly, and annual metric decks for stakeholders
  • Maintain internal analytical reports and dashboards to ensure consistency, accuracy, and usability
  • Validate data accuracy and troubleshoot discrepancies across reporting systems
  • Ensure metric definitions, data sources, and calculations are documented and consistently applied
  • Monitor and maintain data hygiene, ensuring systems are kept clean with correct and up-to-date data
  • Work with IT and other stakeholders to ensure accurate data, create new reports and dashboards, and troubleshoot issues pertaining to dashboards or reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and improve metric visibility
  • Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and improve efficiency
  • Support ad hoc analysis and reporting requests as needed
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Experience in HRIS and/or Time and Labor Management systems such as PrismHR, Avionte, UKG, etc.
  • Experience working with data, metrics, and reporting tools such as Power BI and dashboards within enterprise systems.
  • Experience in displaying and presenting data in Microsoft products.
  • Proficient problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Minimum of 1 year experience working in an analytical role
  • Expert user of Power BI and Microsoft Office
