About this role

The position involves managing electronic correspondence, including reviewing, responding to, and sending relevant documentation such as bills, medical reports, legal notices, faxes, and other administrative documents.


 Responsibilities :

  • Review medical reports and faxes, ensuring all information is accurate, complete, and properly formatted.
  • Verify that all documents are correctly filled out, up to date, and ready for dispatch.
  • Respond to and follow up on emails promptly and professionally.
  • Organize and archive all sent and received documentation.
  • Ensure that all shared information meets accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance standards.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year of experience in a back office, healthcare administration, or medical office assistant role preferred.
  • Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, email), and standard medical office equipment.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality in handling medical information.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize task.
