Plymouth, MN</p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Key Responsibilities</span>:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage AP inbox: Incoming invoices, statements, and supplier communications</li><li>Accounts payable processing of supplier invoices including identifying, investigating, and resolving discrepancies.</li><li>&nbsp;Process end-of-day billing&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Support site annual physical inventory process</li><li>Complete Daily Sales Order reporting</li><li>Complete PESI data load monthly</li><li>Reconciliation and completion of necessary record keeping to comply with internal control requirements.</li><li>Filing/Scanning as needed.</li><li>Support finance and site management team as assigned.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Critical Competencies for Success:</strong></span></p><ul><li>Proven work experience as accounts payable clerk</li><li>Experience with Epicor Vista/Kinetic desired</li><li>Familiar with a variety of accounting concepts and practices.&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.</li><li>Detail oriented with proven accuracy. Ability to work with confidential data; discretion is a must.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast paced, growth-oriented, and time-critical environment.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Pay range</strong>: $28/hr - $32/hr</p><p>Within this range, individual pay is determined based on skills, experience, and qualifications relative to the job requirements.
