We need someone with a strong technical background who is passionate about building and engaging with developer communities. You should be comfortable creating educational content and amplifying power users, with a track record of fostering organic community growth. Bonus points if you have a strong presence on platforms like X (Twitter) or YouTube.
What you'll do:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with early power users and amplify their advocacy.
- Take ownership of content creation, including long-form educational videos (YouTube), tutorials, and community posts (Discord, X).
- Work closely with the CEO and product team to feed user feedback into product development and help shape product direction.
- Drive community engagement initiatives, fostering a vibrant and supportive environment for developers using our coding agent environment, Sculptor.
- Lead efforts to identify unique value propositions and effectively position our product to the developer market.
