Description
Buscamos un Desarrollador Fullstack Senior para liderar la modernización de una plataforma tecnológica crítica, participando activamente en la migración de servicios desde Python hacia C# (.NET 8) y en el desarrollo de nuevas funcionalidades frontend en Next.js.
El rol requiere alta autonomía, capacidad de análisis de sistemas heredados y colaboración cercana con equipos internos en un entorno 100% On-Premise.
Esta oportunidad es híbrida por lo que se requiere presencialidad días martes, miércoles y jueves.

Key Responsibilities
- Liderar técnicamente la modernización del sistema heredado.
- Diseñar y ejecutar la migración de servicios desde Python → C# (.NET 8).
- Desarrollar funcionalidades frontend en Next.js / HTML / TypeScript.
- Construir y mantener servicios backend en C# .NET 8.
- Integrar soluciones con SQL Server y stored procedures.
- Analizar código legado (ex-Cobol / Python) y proponer mejoras.
- Asegurar buenas prácticas de desarrollo y calidad de código.
- Guiar y acompañar al desarrollador junior del equipo.
- Colaborar con equipos internos en modalidad híbrida.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Habilidades Técnicas
- Experiencia sólida en C# y .NET (idealmente .NET 8).
- Conocimiento práctico en Python para comprensión de código a migrar.
- Desarrollo frontend con Next.js, HTML, CSS, TypeScript.
- Manejo de SQL Server y stored procedures.
- Experiencia en modernización de sistemas heredados.
- Capacidad de análisis de arquitecturas legacy.
- Trabajo en entornos On-Premise.
- Uso de Git y control de versiones.
