En Ilunion, espacio de tolerancia, respeto y diversidad, nos encontramos en búsqueda de un perfil telefonista operador de central receptora de alarmas para la zona de Hortaleza.
Responsabilidades: Operador/a, atención de alarmas.
Funciones:
Recepción de alarmas producidas durante el servicio.
Tramitación de las alarmas, con clientes o FCSE.
Requisitos:
Actitud proactiva.
Ganas de aprender.
Cumplir con procedimientos establecidos.
Experiencia previa como teleoperador o administrativo.
Valorable disponer de certificado de discapacidad + 33%.
Se ofrece:
Retribución:
18.200€/año, posibilidad de realización de hasta 80 horas extras anuales en caso de necesidad.
Jornada: 100% Completa. De lunes a domingo en turnos rotativos de mañana/tarde/noche, con las libranzas marcadas por ley.
Tipo de contrato: Indefinido.
Horarios: de 07 a 19h y 19h a 07, rotativos según cuadrante.
