DESCRIPCION DE LA VACANTE
Puesto de trabajo: teleoperador teleasistencia
Responsabilidades: Gestión de llamadas mediante el uso del sistema informático, tanto a nivel de atención e intervención como de gestión administrativa y de mantenimiento de las mismas.
Funciones:
- Emisión de llamada de seguimiento.
- Dar respuesta a las consultas planteadas por las personas usuarias.
- Emisión de llamadas de otras tipologías de agenda al usuario, tales como cortesía, recordatorio de medicación, llamada a petición del usuario, confirmación de ingreso-alta hospitalaria, ausencia-suspensión, seguimiento de emergencias.
- Creación, consulta y modificación de agendas en los casos que se requiera.
- Actuación y modificación de datos sociosanitarios en la aplicación de gestión.
- Información, seguimiento y registro al usuario sobre temas de interés propuestos por Administración contratante y/o ILUNION Sociosanitario.
- Registro, seguimiento y actualización de los movimientos temporales de los usuarios en el servicio.
- Grabación de datos sociosanitarios y de cualquier otro dato relativo a información del servicio y/o del usuario en la aplicación de gestión.
- Gestionar y atender llamadas y alarmas de tipo técnico.
- Atención del teléfono externo.
