Somos ILUNION VidaSénior, la empresa del grupo ILUNION que atiende a las personas mayores y dependientes.
Llevamos más de 30 años dedicados al sector sociosanitario a través de diferentes servicios: Centros de Día, Ayuda a Domicilio, Teleasistencia y Residencias de Personas Mayores. También apostamos por nuevos servicios, como el senior living.
Estamos en un momento de crecimiento, y necesitamos incorporar a nuestros equipos personas que quieran contribuir a nuestro propósito, cuidando y atendiendo a personas mayores.
En Ilunion VidaSénior buscamos incorporar un puesto de dirección al equipo de nuestro Centro de Dia Casa de Campo (Madrid)

REQUISITOS
- Titulación universitaria en Trabajo social
- Máster en dirección de centros de servicios sociales
TAMBIÉN VALORAREMOS
- Experiencia en puestos similares
- Certificado de discapacidad igual o superior al 33%
- Incapacidad reconocida para otro puesto de trabajo
- Documento acreditativo de pertenencia a un colectivo vulnerable
Tu función principal será la de velar por la salud y el bienestar de nuestras personas usuarias, asegurando el correcto funcionamiento del centro a tu cargo, sus procesos y prácticas diarias.
La mejor forma de predecir el futuro es crearlo juntos.

What you'll do
- The main function is to ensure the health and well-being of users while overseeing the proper functioning of the center and its daily processes. This includes managing staff and ensuring quality care for the elderly.
