Material Coordinator 2

Full time onsite - Fixed term contract
We are seeking a Material Coordinator 2 to join our busy distribution centre based in Eindhoven, Netherlands.
This role would suit an individual with prior similar experience of performing duties in a distribution environment, you will need clear English language skills, and able to commit to shift work between Sunday to Monday. We operate an average 40 hours per week.
The distribution environment includes picking and packing from cold/freezer storage areas, where appropriate PPE will be given for use.

The Role Responsibilities:
Perform shipping functions under limited supervision
Responsible for processing all outbound or inbound related shipments received and shipped via Illumina Eindhoven
Use our ERP (SAP) system to generate shipping forms and register and track shipments
Establishes and maintains cooperative relationships with all internal departments contacted in the course of work
Provide other support as requested
Sorting and put away of inbound material receipt
Responsible for inbound and outbound receipt transactions
Picking and packing via scanner
These job duties will be performed in compliance with established procedures
The Requirements:

Working computer literacy using ERP system, spreadsheet and word processing software, storekeeping and inventory control procedures are required
Normal math skills, organizational skills and detail oriented
Familiar with product specifications and incoming inspection procedures
Effective verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to interface well with cross-functional teammates
Knowledge and skills typically acquired through previous positions in fast-paced corporate environments which involved responsibility for similar work
