Position Summary:
As a Logistics Specialist, you will be required to ensure that the orders are processed on time and customers’ logistics requirements are arranged. You will furnish the full set of shipping documents to support domestic and international shipments and work with all stakeholders to resolve all shipment issues till delivery.
Position Responsibilities:
Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure clean orders and process them in a timely manner.
Understand the customers’ requirements and make logistics arrangements to ensure their requirements are fulfilled.
Work closely with appointed service providers to secure freight space.
Work closely with Warehouse team to ensure orders are packed and ready for collection.
Prepare all shipping documents (both international shipments and domestic deliveries)
Monitor shipments to ensure timely uplift and timely delivery.
Work closely with all stakeholders to resolve any issues till delivery to customers.
Other ad hoc request pertaining to Warehouse and Logistics related matters.

Position Requirements:
Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience.
Experience in order processing, coordinating international shipments and domestic deliveries and preparation of shipping documents.
Solid understanding of logistics.
Detail-oriented team player.
Demonstrate excellent analytical, problem solving, organizational, and time management skills.
Effective verbal and written communication and strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to interface well with cross-functional teammates.
Ability to excel under high level of stress level.
Ability to perform with minimum supervision.
Fast learner and ability to multi-task.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
Ability to comply with company policies and procedures, ISO 13485 and other regulatory requirements.

Preferred Education:
Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain or equivalent
