Position Summary
Join our R&D and Technical Services team for a hands-on internship experience where 
you’ll contribute to product development and application testing. You’ll work alongside 
experienced engineers and scientists to support formulation projects, evaluate product 
performance, and deliver insights that drive innovation and customer success.
What You'll Do
• Assist in formulating lab-scale sample batches and apply principles of experimental 
design.
• Prepare and test specimens to characterize product properties and performance.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation.
• Support customer projects through testing, data collection, and occasional on-site 
visits.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to the broader technical team.

What We're Looking For
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical or Plastics 
Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Completed at least sophomore year with a minimum major GPA of 3.0.
• Prior laboratory experience is a plus.
Skills & Competencies
• Strong laboratory techniques and commitment to safe practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly, work independently, and collaborate in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with statistical software is a plus.

Compensation Information:

The salary for this role is $21.00 to $24.00/per hour. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.”
