About this role
Job Description:
Packaging drum pack tubular wire for customer use according to Route Card / process sheet and production schedule requirements.
Operate safely and identify / correct unsafe situations.
Follow process specifications for machine setup, production, and packaging.
Run multiple machines.
Perform specified quality checks.
Complete machine setup, change over, cast / sinewave adjustments, and troubleshooting in a timely manner.
Place nonconforming products on hold.
Perform rework.
Perform restock and housekeeping.
Willing to train on and operate other machines / processes as necessary.
Read and update schedule.
Qualifications
Training on applicable Precision / Robo Pack and Drum Pack machinery is required.
Able to lift approx. 65 pounds on a continual basis.
Able to safely load / unload reels in and out of machine.
Able to meet / exceed specified production rates.
Able to meet expectations for safety, attendance, and time management.
Possess an excellent quality record.
Possess an excellent attitude, communication, and team working skills.
Forklift experience may be required.
