Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with preparing tender documentation for new project bids, contract documentation with successful tender bids
- Conduct verification of material requisition and taking-off quantities/ site measurements of work done, preparing progress claims and invoices to clients and consultants to effect effective and efficient project management.
- Assist the Assistant Manager (Contracts) with monitoring and administration of the various contracts and sub-contract works including assistance with preparation of progress reports, the recommendation of payments, variation order certificates and final accounts documentation.
- Conduct client site representative liaison activities.
- Assist and guide new staff by providing on the job training and track work progress of subordinates.

What you'll do
- The Senior Executive, Contracts will assist in preparing tender and contract documentation, conduct site measurements, and prepare progress claims and invoices. They will also monitor contract administration and assist in training new staff.
