The IHG Hotels at Dubai Festival City consists of four hotels. These include the luxury and lifestyle brand InterContinental, the lavish long-stay InterContinental Residence Suites, the premium Crowne Plaza, and the essentials Holiday Inn & Suites. In addition to over 1,600 rooms, the cluster boasts a selection of 16 restaurants and bars, an impressive 3,800-square-metre Event Centre across two levels, the 5,000-square-metre Festival Arena by InterContinental, the luxurious Spa InterContinental, and state-of-the-art gym and swimming pool facilities. Your day- to -day

Financial returns:

  • Optimize hotel F&B revenue streams and drive performance indices against competing hotels/Restaurants in the marketplace.
  • Analyse F&B activities and assess their impact on overall hotel sales, covering both outlets and Catering & Events (C&E) business.
  • Track and analyse daily F&B performance against budget and forecast, proactively highlighting missed opportunities and potential risks to the Director of Revenue and Director of F&B.
  • Monitor key F&B KPIs (e.g. average check, covers, RevPASH, seat u) and contribute to budgeting and financial planning.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports for Restaurants & Bars and C&E, presenting insights and actionable recommendations to management.
  • Support the development of F&B pricing strategies and sales forecasts to maximize outlet performance and banquet space utilization.
  • Optimize menu and C&E pricing, ensuring effective menu engineering practices are applied to enhance profitability.
  • Review F&B business plans, identify performance gaps, and recommend proactive measures to maximize capacity and achieve targets.
  • Partner closely with outlet managers to develop short- and long-term F&B revenue forecasts using historical data and market intelligence.
  • Collaborate with F&B leadership, Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure effective execution of agreed strategies.
  • Conduct market research on competitor pricing, offerings, and industry trends.
  • Act as the custodian of F&B Business Intelligence tools, analyzing reports, trends, and performance data to deliver meaningful insights and recommendations.

People:

  • Build strong working relationships with hotel colleagues, including Restaurant Managers, Chefs, Catering teams, Cost Controllers, and Income Auditors.
  • Promote teamwork and service excellence through consistent communication and coordination with all departments.
  • Maintain close communication with all hotel departments to stay informed of changes impacting banquet operations and restaurant performance.

Guest experience:

  • Understand and respond to customer’s needs and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction. 
  • Understand the competition and make recommendations to help the hotel management team respond accordingly.
  • Consistently look for new ways of doing thing to overtake the competition.

Responsible business:

  • Participate in hotel CSR programs conducted by team members.

  • Achieve F&B revenue targets
  • Achieve F&B metrics i.e (Revpash- Revpasm-C&E occupancy- Repeat Guest Ratio- Seat Utilization %)
  • Avero Adoption- Table Management system (BI) Adoption
  • Forecast Accuracy %

What we need from you

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Revenue Management or Analytics certifications (e.g. CHRM, CRME, IHG RM certifications) are an advantage but not mandatory.
  • 2 years of experience in revenue management, revenue analysis, or commercial analytics within hospitality.
  • Proven experience analyzing F&B revenue performance (restaurants, bars, banquets, events) is strongly preferred.
  • Prior exposure to hotel operations (Rooms, F&B, Sales, Finance) is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with multi-outlet F&B environments or large hotels/resorts is a plus.
