日常業務内容:
＜法人、学校などホテル現地におけるセールス担当＞
法人、学校などを対象とし、宴会、宿泊案件のセールス活動をしていただきます。 受注案件の契約、及び顧客フォローまでをご担当いただきますので、 ホテルでのセールス経験のみならず、観光関係、サービスなど、 他業種でのセールス経験も活かしていただけます。
- 法人向け宴会・宿泊セールス（宴会が中心・幅広くコーポレートもカバー）
- ホテルのビジネス戦略の理解。、目標の設定。目標を達成するための行動計画を決
- 新しい市場の開拓とビジネスチャンスを特定し、売り上げを伸ばす
- 毎日のセールスコールの実施、クライアントによるホテルへの現地視察の対応
- 引合いに対する迅速かつ適切な提案書、見積の作成
- 案件内容に基づく提案と内容の交渉を行い、案件を契約に結びつける
- ホテル内の関係部署とのスムーズな連携を行う など

【経験・スキル】
- セールス経験を有する方
- ホテル業界の経験を3年以上有する方歓迎
- 顧客や同僚とのスムーズなコミュニケーションスキル
- 基本的なホテルオペレーションの知識（宴会知識あれば尚良い）
- 基本的なPC操作/Microsoft Office(Word/ Excel /Power Point )
- 積極的に外交営業を行うポジティブなマインド
- 営業目標に対するコミットメント
- 運転免許 など
