Minimum compensation: starting from 8 000 PLN. The final offer will be determined based on the candidate's experience and competencies.

Your team

Join our team that is responsible for facilitating settlement of our clients' trades on the market. We work closely with Market Makers, dealers, custodian, IT and Corporate Action teams based in London, Bangalore Singapore and Melbourne. 

This will be a busy role in a team that introduced a lot of changes to its process over the last couple of years. New perspective from someone with external financial experience can bring a lot of added value to the team and IG’s fast-growing Share trading business.

What you'll do

  • Daily reconciliation of IG’s client custody accounts

  • Liaising with brokers, counterparties, custodians and IG dealers to resolve trading discrepancies in a timely manner

  • Ensuring settlement of client trades, management of unmatched and failing trades

  • Liaising with IT, the COAC team and the front office to progress outstanding issues

  • Liaising with Cash Operations team to ensure accurate Client Money reporting

  • MI reporting

  • Updating process documents and procedures

  • Other ad-hoc tasks within finance department

What you'll need for this role

From candidates we require good analytical skills, attention to details, and willingness to learn. We look for good level of MS Excel knowledge, experience with cash and asset reconciliation, and familiarity with financial markets. Financial background is more than welcome. We provide training opportunities for out employees to help them grow with us.
