Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Conduct analytical work related to flavor analysis across various sample types.
- Prepare samples and recover flavor compounds using techniques such as liquid–liquid extraction, solid‑phase microextraction, steam distillation, and Soxhlet extraction.
- Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain analytical instruments including GC, GC‑MS, GCO, and HPLC.
- Perform data processing, interpretation, and preparation of technical reports.
- Document all experiments, test results, and laboratory activities in accordance with required logbook standards.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory safety guidelines and maintain proper housekeeping of the workspace.
- Support routine lab operations and contribute to continuous improvement of analytical workflows.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely execution of analytical tasks and projects.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Willing to learn and apply various analytical sample preparation techniques and operate analytical instruments.
- Demonstrates interest and ability to work in a laboratory environment, with basic lab skills (weighing balance use, basic calculations, good housekeeping).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office software.
- Able to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- A collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
