Site Support Specialist

Waar maak jij het verschil?
- Zorgen voor correcte exports van tijdregistratiegegevens naar de uitzendorganisatie.
- Beantwoorden van vragen over tijd & attendance en corrigeren van registraties.
- Beheer van Pro-Time: hiërarchie, ploegendiensten, feestdagen, systeemoptimalisatie.
- Opmaak en verspreiding van maandelijkse nieuwsbrief.
- Organisatie van personeelsfeest, welkomdagen en jubilea.
- Ondersteuning van trainingscoördinator en management /-assistant.
- Beheer van BHV-overzicht en calamiteitenlijst.
- Ondersteuning bij verzuimadministratie en speciale verlofaanvragen.
Wat maakt jou de juiste kandidaat?
- Ervaring of affiniteit met tijdregistratiesystemen (bij voorkeur Pro-Time) en HR-systemen (zoals Workday).
- Sterke communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden.
- Nauwkeurigheid en analytisch vermogen.
- Proactieve houding en oplossingsgericht denken.
- Vermogen om systemen en processen te doorgronden en verbeteren.

What you'll do
- The Site Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate exports of time registration data and answering queries related to time and attendance. Additional duties include managing Pro-Time, organizing staff events, and supporting training coordination.
