Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Ensure full customs compliance for major APAC production sites, including adherence to AEO requirements and relevant customs and agency licenses.
• Manage customs procedures and licenses, such as duty drawback and other regulatory programs.
• Oversee the Preferential Origin process to support both internal business needs and customer requirements.
• Provide expert support to local and APAC teams on customs, trade compliance issues, and related opportunities.
• Lead and participate in projects that implement trade compliance programs, import/export operational improvements, and data governance.
• Develop, document, and maintain standardized operational processes and procedures for trade compliance.
• Deliver guidance and training to business stakeholders to ensure alignment with regulatory standards and compliant business operations.
• Drive robust import and export practices through software solutions, connected systems, and self-audit programs.
• Monitor and report customs performance and savings metrics, driving cost reductions through FTAs, duty incentives, and other savings initiatives while resolving operational disputes and tracking APAC regulatory updates.

What Makes You The Right Fit

• Bachelor Degree in Customs, International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or related fields
• At least 5 years of experiences in customs and trade operation
• Strong understanding of internal trade regulation, and import and export compliance
• Experience with SAP, SAP-GTS, or similar systems, including e-customs functionality.
