We are about to launch a major project within Food Enzymes. As our new colleague in the Quality department, you will support this initiative on a twoyear fixedterm contract. You'll join a threeperson team known for being quick thinkers, bright problemsolvers, and excellent collaborators. If you enjoy structure, master data, quality, and getting things right the first (and the fiftieth) time you may be exactly who were looking for! The role is based in Brabrand, Denmark (onsite). Where You’ll Make a Difference

  • Create and maintain product information and master data in SAP and internal databases
  • Develop and update customer-facing technical documentation, including product specifications and customized statements
  • Investigate customer complaints and perform root cause analysis
  • Handle raw material, intermediate, and finished product deviations
  • Coordinate technical requirements and align with internal and external stakeholders
  • Conduct risk assessments and approve raw materials, intermediates, and finished products
  • Perform data extractions and structured documentation tasks in Excel
  • Support intensive project work tied to documentation and master data creation
  • Manage a significant amount of troubleshooting, repeat tasks, and ad hoc requests with accuracy and a quality mindset

What Makes You the Right Fit

  • Master’s degree in Microbiology, Chemistry, Biosciences, Food Technology or a related field
  • Understanding of microbiology and/or experience with food safety and HACCP principles
  • Skilled at managing information, data flows, and complex IT systems
  • Native or very strong proficiency in Danish, and excellent communication skills in English (please note, that proficiency in both languages will be checked as a part of our recruitment process!)
  • Ability to translate complex topics into clear, simple messages
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership – you finish what you start
  • Structured working style with attention to detail and consistency
