Our Food Ingredients business develops innovative solutions that enhance the taste, texture, nutrition, and sustainability of food and beverage products. We partner closely with customers worldwide to deliver functional ingredients that improve formulation performance while meeting evolving consumer expectations.

Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet customer orders and agreed shipping deadlines.
• Manage material requirements using MRP systems, ensuring timely availability of raw materials.
• Analyze demand forecasts and capacity to optimize production flows.
• Develop, update, and maintain master production schedules for assigned product families or areas.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Production, Logistics, Procurement, Quality, and IT teams.
• Monitor planning KPIs such as schedule adherence, service levels, and inventory performance.
• Identify capacity limitations and propose corrective or preventive actions.
• Support continuous improvement projects to enhance planning accuracy and data integrity.
• Ensure planning and manufacturing systems are kept updated with accurate and reliable information.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Experience in production planning, supply chain, or manufacturing operations.
• Working knowledge of MRP/MPS systems (SAP preferred).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data for decision‑making.
• Basic understanding of plant capacities, equipment, and production processes.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and planning tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

How Would You Stand Out?

• Experience in the food, chemical, or related manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of forecasting or capacity planning techniques.
• Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
