Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Gatekeeper for maintenance management information(MMIS) system at the New Century Site.
Manage MMIS portion of the management of change(MOC) process.
Responsible for building and maintaining equipment BOMS, creating equipment IDs, facilitating P&ID updates, and establishing equipment preventive maintenance plans.
Maintain inspection reports and PSM critical documentation.
Collaborate with site engineers, operations and maintenance teams.
Review maintenance inventory levels and standardize equipment when possible.
Participate on maintenance and capital project teams to ensure site standards are followed when possible.
Complete SAP data analyses to review maintenance efficiencies and opportunities.
Responsible for maintaining MMIS procedures and assisting with work order closures.

A proven track record of contributing to teams, continuous improvement, strategic thinking, and having high ethical standards are also keys to success. In addition, a qualified candidate should possess the following:
Highly developed communication and organizational skills.
Ability to perform well under competing priorities.
Interpersonal skills for working in teams across functions.
Computer and technical literacy; demonstrated skill in use of Microsoft Office software (i.e., Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Excel).
Prior experience with SAP / Maintenance Management Software is a plus.
Reporting structure: Reports to the Operations Manager.

- The Maintenance Data Specialist is responsible for managing the maintenance management information system and maintaining equipment documentation. This includes collaborating with various teams and participating in maintenance and capital project teams.
