Job Summary
Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Develop and prepare flavored food prototypes across bakery, confectionery, cereals, and snack applications.
- Manage flavor and formulation projects from concept through prototype delivery.
- Taste, evaluate, and benchmark laboratory prototypes and global market products.
- Translate customer briefs and sales feedback into technical flavor solutions.
- Maintain accurate formulation records and application documentation.
- Support technical coordination between innovation, sales, and production teams.
- Manage raw materials, product stock, and laboratory supplies.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Currently pursuing or holding a food-related, scientific, or equivalent qualification.
- Foundational knowledge of food ingredients, flavor systems, or food applications.
- Strong attention to detail with good numerical and computer skills.
- Comfortable working hands-on in a kitchen or laboratory environment.
- Ability to follow processes while thinking creatively.
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Enthusiastic team player with a passion for food and innovation.
