About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and highly candidate-focused Recruiter to manage full-cycle (end-to-end) recruiting for a broad range of roles across the organization, including full-time, part-time, and temporary positions. This role partners closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and Operations teams to deliver an exceptional candidate experience while executing recruiting activites within an Oracle-centric HRIS environment. The ideal candidate brings strong recruiting fundamentals, sound judgment, and a continuous improvement mindset, with a genuine passion for connecting people to meaningful work. 

Key Responsibilites End-to-End Recruiting 

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for all permanent and temporary roles, from intake and sourcing through offer and onboarding coordination. 
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand the business need, role requirements, and advise on effective hiring strategies.
  • Provide market insights and hiring guidance while balancing quality, speed, and candidate experience. 

Candidate Experience 

  • Deliver positive, consistent, and high-quality candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process. 
  • Serve as an ambassador for the organization’s employer brand through professional, respectful candidate engagement. 
  • Communicate clearly and proactively with candidates, ensuring transparency and follow-up. 

Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development 

  • Source candidates through multiple channels, including direct outreach and referrals, using Oracle Recruiting Cloud, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and approved external partners. 
  • Apply thoughtful sourcing and assessment practices to attract a broad range of highly qualified candidates. 
  • Stay informed on recruiting trends and labor market conditions.

Agency & Vendor Coordination 

  • Coordinate with recruiting agencies, search firms, and Employer of Record (EOR) vendor if needed. 
  • Support effective vendor partnerships by ensuring expectations, processes, and timelines are clearly defined.
  • Assist in monitoring vendor performance and ensuring consistent candidate experience across all hiring channels. 

Process Improvement & Best Practices

  • Use data, feedback, and insights to support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance candidate experience, data quality, and operational efficiency. 

     

  • Stay current on recruiting best practices, labor market trends, and Oracle recruiting enhancements. 
  • Leverage reporting and dashboards to monitor recruiting activity, time-to-fill, and candidate flow. 


Qualifications & Experience 

  • 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
  • Experience supporting hiring for permanent, temporary, and contract roles. 
  • Exposure to working with recruiting agencies, search firms, or Employer of Record vendors. 
  • Strong commitment to delivering exceptional candidate experience. 
  • Apply thoughtul sourcing and assessment practices to attract a broad range of highly qualified candidates. 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions. 
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of ATS Systems, Taleo, ORC preferred. 
  • Proven ability to leverage diverse sourcing methods, including market research and internet-based recruiting tools, to identify and engage talent. 
  • Demonstrates digital fluency and proactively leverages technology to solve recruiting and business challenges. 
  • Ability to maintain complete confidentiality while managing personnel records and information is a must.
