In the role of Telemedicine Onboarding & Elevation Specialist:
• You will work with a team of caring, knowledgeable, and fun individuals to provide Telemedicine customers with an exceptional onboarding experience.
• You will utilize your technical skills to configure systems and/or integrate with IDEXX products and services.
• You will educate customers on the ideal workflow and industry best practices that will reveal the value of Telemedicine for them and their patients.
What You Need to Succeed
You have 3 + years of experience in a technical customer support focused environment.
You possess strong interpersonal skills along with the ability to have an open mind and a willingness to learn.
You can quickly learn Telemedicine products/services and new business tools.
You have experience working in a veterinary practice or a solid understanding of how veterinary practices function (including practice workflow, practice roles, and client communication).
You have a college degree(preferred) or a combination of post high school studies.
Schedule:
Preferred hours are an 8.5 hour shift between 8:00am & 8:00pm EST. Must be flexible to work weekend and/or holiday shifts.
