The R&D teams based in Casablanca Nearshore develop and customize MBIS (Multi-Biometric Identification System), used by multiple police forces and ministries around the world.
Purpose
Your role: Senior Mobile Software Developer
You will join a collaborative team with a Tech Lead and two developers, while also taking ownership of projects and working independently on impactful client solutions.
Your role is to turn requirements into high-quality mobile software, following clear designs and delivering real business value and customer satisfaction.
Key Missions
- Design, develop, test, and maintain mobile applications for Android.
- Contribute to software architecture, design, and development by building robust structures (design patterns, layers, reusable components) and coding complex modules within quality, cost, and delivery constraints.
- Apply and promote software engineering best practices (secure coding, code reviews, performance optimization, testing, CI/CD, documentation) while supporting deployment, maintenance, and evolution activities.
- Participate in requirements analysis, estimations, technical governance, and complex troubleshooting.
Profile & Other Information
Technical Skills :
- Engineering degree or validated education in computer science or equivalent
- 7+ years of experience in Mobile software development
- Mandatory Skills :
- Strong expertise in Android development using Kotlin, Java, Android SDK and Jetpack Compose, with proven experience designing robust and scalable mobile applications.
- Solid mastery of development tools and best practices, including Git, Android Studio, Maven, secured databases, and Agile project tracking tools such as Jira.
- Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with authentication and identify management solutions (Keycloak,OpenID Connect)
Languages :
- French: Fluent
- English: Professional working proficiency
