We have an immediate opening for a Member Service Representative I at our Woodbury office.
The scheduled hours for this position are outlined below as well as other hours as needed (this is a rotating three-week schedule):
Week One
Sunday: OFF
Monday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday: OFF
Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:45 AM – 12:00 PM
Week One Total Hours = 35.25 Hours
Week Two
Sunday: OFF
Monday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday: OFF
Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:45 AM – 12:00 PM

Lunch Breaks are 30 Minutes on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
This is Grade 7 – Non-exempt, Hourly, Part-time position with Benefits.
The starting rate of pay is $22.23 - $23.62 per hour.

What you'll do
- The Member Service Representative I is responsible for assisting members and potential members with their Credit Union needs, explaining services, and setting up new accounts. They will also respond to problems and direct members to the appropriate personnel.
