We are currently seeking a Scientist III to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Scientist III at ICON, you will play a key role in leading and executing advanced scientific research to support our clinical trials and development projects. Your expertise will drive the design, analysis, and interpretation of complex data, ensuring the successful progression of our research initiatives.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Leading the design and execution of complex scientific research and experiments to support clinical trials.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and refine research protocols and methodologies.
- Analyzing and interpreting complex scientific data to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Contributing to the preparation of scientific reports, regulatory submissions, and presentations.
- Staying current with industry advancements and integrating best practices into research processes to enhance project outcomes.
Your Profile:
- Advanced degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, pharmacology, or a related discipline.
- Extensive experience in scientific research within clinical trials or related fields, with a focus on data analysis and interpretation.
- Proven track record of leading research projects and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Expertise in scientific methodologies and proficiency with relevant analytical tools and software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex data and insights clearly and effectively.
- ability to be in office 5 days a week onsite in Wilmington, DE
